BlackBerry Torch 9800 hits Canada
There is information that Bell Mobility is going prepare launch new BlackBerry smartphone on September 24th in Canada, known as the BlackBerry Torch 9800.
The RIM‘s brand handset will be sold for priced at $199 on a 3-year contract or $599 no-contract. According to source, alongside with Bell, the upcoming BlackBerry Torch 9800 smartphone will arrive on other Canadian mobile operators including Rogers, Telus, and Virgin Mobile.
The new BlackBerry Torch is provides 4GB of onboard memory, GPS, 512MB RAM, 3G, 512MB ROM, a slot for microSD card (up to 32GB), Bluetooth, and WiFi connectivity.
It will work on HSPA+ network, the high-speed 3G (UMTS/HSDPA). The BlackBerry Torch 9800 smartphone is sports a 3.2-inch TFT touchscreen display with resolution of 360 x 480 pixel, a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 5-megapixel camera, BlackBerry OS 6.0
