Buffalo SHD-NSU2 SSD

Buffalo announced its newest solid state drive (SSD), the Buffalo SHD-NSU2. New Buffalo SHD-NSU2 SSD is support SATA II and USB 2.0 interface. It can be used either to desktop or laptop computer, either as a handheld data storage.

The Buffalo SHD-NSU2 series includes four models with a capacity of 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256 GB. Buffalo SHD-NSU2 is made on 2.5-inch form factor, MLC (multi-level cell) NAND flash memory, 64MB cache, reach transfer speed of 174.8 MB/s.

The Buffalo SHD-NSU2 SSD with 32GB is available for estimated price of 14,600 Yen (about $160), while the 256GB of storage is 78,600 Yen (around $850).
