Buffalo TeraStation NAS with 2TB and 4TB

Buffalo Technology prepares to expand its TeraStation family, NAS (Network-Attached Storage) with several other models, 2TB WS-Q2.0TL/R5 and 4TB WS-Q4.0TL/R5.

Its TeraStation NAS has dimensions 170 x 215 x 230 mm (WxHxD), using up to four 3.5-inch hard drives SATA (RAID 0/1/5), This Buffalo TeraStation NAS will work under the supervision of the Intel EP80579 1.2 GHz CPU, 1GB of RAM and Windows Storage Server 2003 R2.

In addition, it has features a Gigabit Ethernet, two USB 2.0 ports, lockable front panel, as well as the small LCD display that shows information about the capacity and network messages.

The TeraStation WS NAS servers with 2TB and 4TB will be available from mid of this month in Japan at a price approximately $1,700 and $2,140 respectively.
