Casio Exilim EX-ZR300 fast and furious 16MP compact camera

Furious and fast, says Casio for its new point-and-shoot camera, the Exilim EX-ZR300. This compact camera sports a high-speed 1/2.3-inch CMOS-based 16MP sensor with 12.5x optical zoom. New Casio Exilim EX-ZR300 digital camera brings dual Exilim Engine HS processors that enabling as low as 0.12sec for autofocus, also less than 1 second for start-up.

It packs a 3-inch display, a slot for SD/SDHC/SDXC memory card, stereo microphone, HDMI and USB port. Its battery is enough juice to capturing 500 photos per single full charge.

Exilim EX-ZR300 camera is able to maximum photo shoot on 4608 x 3456 resolution and 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels) video recording at 30fps or resolution of 640 x 480 pixel at up to 120 fps. This new Casio compact camera has a 24-300mm f/3.0-5.9 lens, shutter speed range of from 1/4000s, and sensitivity range from 80-12800 ISO.

Dimensions of Casio Exilim EX-ZR300 are 104.8 x 59.1 x 28.6 mm and weighs 205g (with battery and memory card).

There is no word on pricing yet for Casio Exilim EX-ZR300 camera.
