CherryPal Africa $99 netbook with 7-inch screen

CherryPal has announced a $99 netbook, namely Africa, focused on emerging markets.

CherryPal Africa netbook is powered by a 400MHz processor (its specifications is not reported), as well as use Windows CE or Linux OS.

CherryPal Africa netbook is equipped with a 7-inch display with a resolution 480×800 pixels, 256MB RAM, 2GB internal memory, slot for SD/MMC card with up to 8GB, 10/100 Ethernet, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, a USB 2.0 port, two USB 1.1 port, two speakers and a microphone. Battery of CherryPal Africa is an 1800 mAh battery and provides up to 4 hours of battery life.

Dimensions of CherryPal Africa are 213.5×141.8×30.8 mm and weight is 1.2 kg. Recall, CherryPal Company became known last year when they released a CherryPal C100 desktop PC with power consumption of only two watts.
