Motorola has recently released an upgraded version of Motorola Droid X smartphone, which was available in the US market.

The new handset is dubbed as the Motorola ME811 and will distribute in Chinese market via China Telecom.

As expected, the Motorola Droid X ME811 smartphone is powered by 1.2GHz TI OMAP3630 processor (instead of 1GHz), 1GB internal memory (Droid X is 8GB), and support for WAPI.

In other specifications of Motorola ME811 is a 4.3-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 480 x 854 pixels (FWVGA), 8 megapixel autofocus camera with dual LED flash and record 720p HD video, HDMI port, and more. The Motorola ME811 is running Android 2.2 OS and support CDMA EV-DO network.

Motorola ME811 smartphone will start go sale on January 17, 2011 and price of 4888 Yuan (or about $715).
