CompuLab announced its mini desktop computer, fit-PC2i, equipped with two Gigabit Ethernet network adapters.
The CompuLab fit-PC2i is well be attributed to the class nettop, built on an Intel Atom Z530 (1.6GHz) or Atom Z510 (1.1GHz) processor and a 1GB to 2GB of RAM.
CompuLab fit-PC2i is equipped with a 2.5-inch hard drive, optional 4GB SSD, and a slot for miniSD memory card. CompuLab fit-PC2i also has brings an Intel GMA500 GPU with support for hardware acceleration of video processing formats H.264, MPEG2, VC1 and WMV9, and allows to connect to display which is provides HDMI and DVI port.
Among other features of CompuLab fit-PC2i desktop PC is four USB 2.0 port, Wi-Fi 802.11g, linear audio jack, microphone input connector, and SPDIF.
The CompuLab fit-PC2i is comes preloaded with Windows 7 Professional, Windows XP Home SP3 and Ubuntu Linux 8.04. Dimensions of CompuLab fit-PC2i compact desktop are 101×115x27 mm and weight is 370 grams (included hard disk).
Sales of CompuLab fit-PC2i tiny computer will be no earlier than January 2010 but its price is not specified.
