Data Robotics Drobo Pro 8-drive

The Data Robotics Droba is becoming one of the most popular in the NAS market. They have already sold over 60,000 units and now have a new version with much more storage space. The DroboPro has 8 bays for hard disks and can provide up to 16TB of storage. It also includes USB 2.0 ports and two FireWire 800, gigabit Ethernet and also BeyondRAID technology to protect the files within it.

It can be placed in racks of servers using a 3U power adapter (not included) and use SATA I and II. The price ranges from $ 1299 for an empty unit, to $ 4000 by DroboPro of 16TB.
