Delkin Devices has introduced a new series of microSD card, but that is not characterized by having too much capacity, it is characterized by fairly long and resistant to extreme temperatures.
It will be available in capacities ranging from 128MB to 2GB, but as we said, the series of Delkin Devices Industrial features withstand temperatures between -10º C to 85º C. Of course, they are shock-resistant and have a MTBF (mean time before failure) of over 2 million hours of operation before replacement.
And thanks to their type of flash memory (SLC NAND memory) can support up to 2 million cycles of read/write. Rates of writing/reading are 16 MB/s and 17 MB/s, respectively. For now, the prices have not reported.
