Dell Streak tablet gets specs

Still with Dell, there is information about its tablet, called Dell Streak (aka Dell Mini 5), which was showcased at the Mobile World Congress 2010 in February ago. Dell is claimed that it is an ultra-portable tablet with all the features you want.

Dell Streak is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon QSD 8250 processor, 5-inch touchscreen display, 5 megapixel autofocus camera, VGA front facing camera, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, USB2.0, and 3G module for connecting to mobile networks.

It also has 256MB RAM, 512 MB flash memory, GPS, e-compass, a ambient light sensor, a microSD card slot, a 1530 mAh battery, and accelerometer. The Dell Streak tablet is packs a 5-inch TFT LCD display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels (WVGA) and supports multitouch. The device is works with UMTS/HSDPA/HSUPA 850/1900/2100 MHz and GSM/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz network. It is running on Google Android 2.1

Dimensions of Dell Streak tablet are 153x80x10 mm and weight 220g. It will become available in Q3 2010, probably in August or September.
