Dell Studio 15, 17 and XPS 16 notebooks with Intel Core i7
Dell decided to update their notebooks, Studio 15, Studio 17, and Studio XPS 16, providing them with new Intel Core i7 mobile processor.
They have already sold, but in the current version are based on Intel Core 2 Duo processor. The 15.6-inch Dell Studio 15, 17-inch Dell Studio 17, and 15.6-inch Dell Studio XPS 16 will brings an Intel Core i7 720QM and Core i7 820QM processors with a frequency of 1.6GHz and 1.73GHz respectively.
All three new products are running Windows Vista 64-bit version. Dell Studio 15, Studio 17, and Studio XPS 16 has brings up to 4GB RAM DDRII, 400GB hard drive 7200rpm, DVD drive, and a 2-megapixel webcam.
New Dell Studio 17 notebook is equipped with ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 GPU with 1GB of memory and 17.3-inch display with a resolution of 1600×900 pixels. Another innovation is the JBL sound system with built-in subwoofer. Dell Studio 15 notebook is equipped an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4570 graphics card with 512MB of memory and 15.6-inch display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels. Finally, the Dell Studio XPS 16 notebook is equipped with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4670 GPU with 1GB of memory and 15.6-inch display with a resolution of 1600×900 pixels.
Dell Studio 15 Core i7 will cost $999, the cost of Dell Studio 17 will start at $1099, and the Dell Studio XPS 16 is from $1249.
