Dell has recently launched its new Android smartphone, the Dell Venue in India. The handset has published on Indian Dell product page that provides full technical specifications of Dell Venue but no word about availability on the Indian market, just ‘Coming Soon’.

The Dell Venue smartphone is another version of Dell Venue Pro, which runs Windows Phone 7 platform. Dell Venue is boasts a 1GHz QSD 8250 processor, 1GB/512MB internal memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), and runs Android 2.2 (Froyo) OS. The Dell handset is also packs a 4.1-inch AMOLED display with resolution of 800×480 pixels, 8MP autofocus camera with 4x digital zoom, video and audio record, dedicated camera key, micro USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, Wi-Fi, AGPS, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, and a 1400 mAh battery.

Dell Venue Android smartphone is support for GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, GPRS Class 12, EDGE Class 12, WCDMA 850/1900/2100 or 900/AWS/2100, HSDPA 7.2Mbps / HSUPA 5.76 Mbps. There are G-sensor, E-compass, and virtual keyboard. Dimensions of Dell Venue are 121 x 64 x 12.9 mm and weight 164 grams.
