Elitegroup Computer Systems (ECS) has demonstrated at Computex a new computer all-in-one under the name Fusion 1. The main feature of this system is built on a platform NVIDIA Ion, but is not on the usual for such decisions Intel Atom processor but on a much more powerful Core 2 Duo chip.
ECS Fusion 1 AIO is equipped with 21.5-inch display with Full HD resolution, TV tuner, as well as SPDIF interface to connect to multichannel audio systems. There are also eSATA ports, HDMI, and two Mini-PCIe slots, but because its size allows the system to use as an internal drive a 3.5-inch hard drive. Moreover, it remains a place for the thin optical drive. A price and release date of the all-in-one ECS Fusion 1 PC has not yet been reported.
