EIZO Japan has announced its 30-inch LCD display that allows 2K x 2K capable, called EIZO Raptor WS3001. It is suitable for a 2K x 2K primary control monitor in non-critical ATC environments, including training and simulation centers or technical labs.

The EIZO Raptor WS3001 has feature a native resolution of 2560×1600 pixel, a 270cd/m2 brightness, 178-degree viewing angle, 900:1 contrast ratio, USB hub with two downstream ports, and built-in downscaling system. EIZO Raptor WS3001 LCD Display is capable for downscale a 2560×2048 signal to 2000×1600 resolution or 2048×2048 signals to a 1600×1600 resolution. This monitor is packs an EIZO-designed ASIC (application specific integrated circuit).

The EIZO Raptor WS3001 2Kx2K Capable is now shipping but no word on pricing.
