eMachines, the Acer subsidiary, has introduced its new mini-desktop that listed on eMachines New Zealand website, namely eMachines ER1401. The nettop is combines an Athlon II Neo and Nvidia chipset. The eMachines ER1401 has a similar in design to Acer’s Revo nettop.
eMachines ER1401 is powered by a 1.3GHz AMD Athlon II Neo K325 dual core or a 1.7GHz Athlon II Neo K125 single core processor, NVIDIA GeForce 9200 graphics, up to 4 GB DDR3 RAM, and a 500 GB HDD (5400 RPM). The nettop comes with Gigabit Ethernet, an HDMI port, four USB 2.0 ports, a D-sub connector, an optical S/PDIF out, two audio jacks, a multi-in-1 memory card reader, and optional 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi.
It has measures of 210 (H) x 210 (D) x 39.5 (W) mm. The eMachines ER1401 is pre-loaded with Windows 7 Home Premium OS.
