Epson has added to its series of business inkjet printers with a new model for Epson WorkForce 310 4-in-1 printer, targeted for use in small businesses. WorkForce 310 includes functions such as fax, copying and scanning, and also has a Built-in Ethernet connection. This model, according to the company is able to reproduce in print two times faster than competing models; 16 pages per minute in black (16ppm) and 5.6 pages per minute in color (5.6ppm), according to new ISO/IEC 24734 standard.
The printer has two black cartridges, as well as individual cartridges for each color. WorkForce 310 also has a paper tray capacity of 30 sheets to support duplex printing, although in this case, the document needs to turn it manually. Ethernet port allows connection to a router for sharing devices on a network.
Currently, the Epson WorkForce 310 can pre-orders accepted in online shops; Amazon, Best Buy and Fry’s Electronics. Its cost is about $ 150. It has wide distribution of the product, according to the company, expected in June.
