Eston MID-05 MID and N97 UMPC with touchscreen
The Chinese company, Eston Technology introduced the mobile internet device (MID) and UMPC, called MID-05 and N97.
Eston MID-05 is equipped with 5-inch touchscreen WVGA display, it can work under Android or Windows CE platform. The Eston MID-05 has a Marvell PXA303 processor with a clock frequency of 624 MHz, slot for SDHC memory card, and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g. The Eston MID-05 is equipped with USB 2.0 interface, built-in speakers and audio output for headphones.
The Eston MID-05 supports playback of video formats MPEG-1/2/4, ASF, DivX3.1/4/5, XviD, AVI, and RM/RMVB, audio in MP3 and WMA, as well as work with images in JPG and BMP and documents in like Word, Excel and PDF.
The second novelty, Eston N97 UMPC is equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen display, Google Android operating system, a Marvell PXA303 CPU, Wi-Fi b/g, and built-in 3G module. The Eston N97 supports video in Full HD quality resolution 1080p, it is equipped with media player, Web browser with Flash and the application for reading electronic books. The Eston N97 is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery capacity of 2800 mAh, providing up to four hours of battery life.
Eston MID-05 is planned to deliver to Russia, Europe, India and Japan. The Eston N97 does not specify.
