Eurocom has announced an update to their laptop, D900F Panther, positioned as desktop replacement.

According to the manufacture, Eurocom D900F Panther is the only one in the notebook market, its storage which allows the installation of multiple hard drives for total capacity of 2.5TB including either solid state drives (SSD) or traditional hard disk drives (HDD).

Eurocom D900F Panther Notebook can be equipped with a quad-core Intel Core i7 or a Xeon processor, up to 12GB RAM, a 17-inch display with a resolution of WUXGA (1920×1200 pixels), and a nVidia GeForce GTX 260M or GTX 280M graphics accelerator.

The Eurocom D900F Panther has brings Wi-Fi 802.11a/b/g/n, Bluetooth (optional), card reader, DVD burner or Blu-ray drive, 3 megapixel web camera, speaker, and HDMI. Dimensions of Eurocom D900F Panther mobile workstation are 397x298x51-60 mm and weight is 5.5kg. It is operates under Windows 7 OS. There is no information about cost or availability on market.
