Pure Digital has released two new digital compact camcorder in Flip series. Models of Flip Ultra SD and Flip Ultra HD vary new design with display size (2 inches) and HDMI output. In addition, camcorder works longer than previous solutions. The devices are equipped with a removable battery (for Flip Ultra SD this option), which can replace the batteries AA. As you can guess the names, Flip Ultra HD allows you to rent HD format video to 720p, a Flip Ultra SD is standard definition video (640×480 pixels). From a single battery charge Flip Ultra SD and Flip Ultra HD can work in the shooting of up to 5 and 3 hours respectively.
Their camcorder can be connected to a computer through USB connector, which is made from the shell. Integrated memory Flip Ultra SD is 4 GB, Flip Ultra HD is 8 GB. The younger model is proposed in the black, white, pink and yellow colors, and other model is only in black and white. Cost Flip Ultra SD and Flip Ultra HD are $149 and $199 respectively.
