Fossil Q Founder smartwatch lands on market

Fossil Q Founder smartwatch was official introduced last month. Now, this wearable device is available for purchase. Anyone who interested pick one up, they can pay $295. For that amount, it seems cheaper than some Android Wear smartwatches on markets.


It is also company’s first smartwatch to run Android Wear software. Probably as your considering, Fossil Q Founder smartwatch is made by a company prefer minded or expert for making watches rather than phones. The Q Founder is Fossil’s flagship smartwatch and brings higher specs as well as features. That’s comparing from its other smartwatches; Fossil Q Grant, Q Dreamer, and Q Reveler.


Coming in a round display, it is a stainless steel watch. This Fossil watch meets an IP67 water-resistant case. Thus, the Fossil Q Founder smartwatch supports any 22mm band (company plans to release its own leather straps later).


Fossil Q Founder smartwatch has 4GB of storage and Bluetooth 4.1 connectivity. Aside a touchscreen for finger input, there is a microphone for voice input. Its sensor including a 3-axis accelerometer and 3-axis gyroscope. The 400 mAh battery battery that Fossil says will the device through 24 hours of use. This watch can be paired with devices running Android 4.4 or later or iOS 8 or later.
