Garmin Foretrex 401 and Foretrex 301, new GPS navigator

Garmin presented two GPS navigation device, Foretrex 401 and 301, which can be wearing on his wrist and a GPS receiver with USB interface. The manufacturer claims that the device supports a satellite reception even in the deep canyons or heavy tree cover. They allow you to track the routes on the screen and have the opportunity to save on internal memory and the way the coordinates of the points covered. Trackback feature allows you to track the location and show the way back to the point of departure.
The devices are able to display the current location in different formats, including coordinate system, latitude and longitude. It has supports the timing of sunrise and sunset. Connecting with computers can be set using the interface of USB. Foretrex 401 has added an electronic compass, barometric altimeter, and can share their routes, roads and geographic coordinates traversed path to other devices Foretrex. It is also compatible with Garmin heart monitors and pedometer.
The devices can store in its internal memory up to 500 way points and 20 routes. Weight of each of the navigators is approximately 85 grams. Foretrex 401 and 301 use two batteries of type AAA, and the time of continuous work is a model for the Foretrex 301 up to 18 hours and for the Foretrex 401 is up to 17 hours. Foretrex 401 and 301 Waterproof probably will be of interest to fans diving, travelers, and also would not stray in an unfamiliar place and not lost in the urban jungle.
