Gateway, a subsidiary of Acer has introduces two new models of laptops for the Japanese market, the Gateway P79003FX and Gateway EC3800. The first of these, Gateway EC3800 has a 13.3-inch screen with a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixel.

Gateway EC3800 brings an Intel Core 2 Duo SU9400 1.4 GHz processor with 3GB of RAM, a hard drive with 320GB capacity, and an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4330 GPU with 512 MB of video memory. As connections are WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0, plus several USB ports, VGA output, memory card reader, and Ethernet port.

Gateway EC3800 notebook runs Windows Vista Home Premium and comes with a 6-cell battery that will provide a range of 8 hours of continuous work. It will sell at a price of 100,000 yen (about 775 €).

Moreover, the Gateway P79003FX is a notebook focus for most gamers and multimedia enthusiasts with a 17-inch screen resolution of 1440 x 900 pixel. The processor can be found on the inside is an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9000 GHz with 4GB RAM and a 500GB hard drive storage.

Gateway P79003FX notebook features GeForce GTX 260 GPU with 1GB of video memory, plus there is option for a Blu-ray drive and offers HDMI output. This notebook also will be a media center that connects to a High Definition TV (HDTV).

Gateway P79003FX also come with pre-installed Windows Vista OS and it has WiFi and Bluetooth. The battery that comes with 9-cell equipment is that we provide a range of 3.5 hours. Its price in market is 190,000 yen (about 1,474 €).
