Gateway QX2800 rebranded Acer AspireRevo with Atom 330

There is information on the Gateway’s first nettop, QX2800. It is a further developed version of the Acer AspireRevo nettop, which is not surprising, Gateway in 2007, belongs to Taiwan Corporation, Acer.

Gateway QX2800 is built on the base platform, nVidia Ion, 1.6GHz Intel Atom 330 dual-core processor and AspireRevo has Intel Atom 230 processor. According to available data, the new dual core processor has provided 40% performance increase than AspireRevo.

In addition, if the Aspire Revo brings 160GB hard drive, the Gateway QX2800 is equipped with a 500GB HDD. New Gateway QX2800 nettop is also equipped with 2GB of RAM, six USB 2.0 ports, 4-in-1 card reader, Wi-Fi (IEEE 802.11b/g/n) and HDMI output.

The value of Gateway QX2800 is not yet reported. Recall that in the Packard Bell nettop also has a similar Acer Aspire Revo, iMax mini nettop.
