General Mobile DSTL1 Dual-SIM Android Smartphone available now
General Mobile has started selling its DSTL1 Android Smartphone, presented in February at the MWC 2009 show.
A key feature of this General Mobile DSTL1 are the presence of dual slots for SIM cards and support work in the networks of two operators at the same time (GSM/GPRS/EDGE 900/1800/1900 MHz).
The General Mobile DSTL1 phone is equipped with 3-inch touchscreen TFT screen with a resolution of 240×400 pixels produced by Sharp, a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus and flash (module manufactured by Sony), Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, 128MB RAM, 256MB + 4GB of integrated memory, a slot for a microSD card with up to 16GB (supplied with 4GB), FM Tuner and microUSB socket. The GPS receiver in this phone is not provided.
General Mobile DSTL1 Smartphone comes with a Marvell PXA 310/NXP 5209 combo at 624 MHz. And it has runs on Google Android 1.5 OS.
Its battery has a capacity of 1200 mAh, can provide up to 150 hours in standby mode and up to 4 hours in talk mode. General Mobile DSTL1 has dimensions 112x54x16 mm and weight is 135g. General Mobile DSTL1 is immediate availability at priced $499.
