Getac introduced business-class laptop, it’s called Getac 9213 “Business Rugged”. The feature of novelty is its security and safety, it likes other products produced under the Getac brand. A laptop equipped with a waterproof keyboard and touchpad, and its body is sports a full magnesium alloy chassis and shock-resistant. It’s not only chassis for rugged, it has a shock-mounted HDD and 13.3-inch WXGA TFT LCD display with LED-backlit.

Getac 9213 Business Rugged notebook has brings Intel Core 2 Duo Penryn-class ULV processor, made on 45nm technology. It also has 3GB of RAM and 160 GB hard disk drive (250 GB optional). The battery has runtime up to 8 hours. It is possible to extend the works up to 12 hours, it possible with swap out optical drive with an additional battery.

Among other specifications worth is Wi-Fi 802.11 a/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, 1.3-megapixel webcam and microphones. Safety device has provided Fingerprint module, and TPM. Getac 9213 notebook is available for purchase now with $1,799.
