Getac Inc. has recently introduced its latest rugged convertible tablet notebook, namely the Getac V200. The tough computing cookie is scheduled available next month.
The Getac V200 convertible laptop is designed for operation in adverse conditions, made in a magnesium alloy casing that meet the U.S. military standard, MIL-STD-810G. Getac V200 is enabling multiple drops on hard surface, shaking, vibration and shock, as well as can operate at temperatures as low as -20C to plus 60C.
Getac V200 rugged convertible laptop is sports a 12.1-inch resistive multi-touch display with resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels and QuadraClear technology that provides better usability under direct sunlight. The V200 is boasts a 2.0GHz Intel Core i7-620UM processor, 2GB to 8GB DDR3 memory, 320GB hard drive or 80GB solid state drive (SSD).
The Getac V200 is packs Gigabit Ethernet LAN, Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 2.1, a slot for SD card, PCMCIA, fingerprint reader, and optional 3G modem and GPS. Size of new Getac V200 is 314 x 222 x 49 mm and weighs 2.7kg.
