Gigabyte has rolled out its latest ultra-thin gaming notebook with dual GPU, namely the Gigabyte Aorus X7. Most interesting, this gaming laptop comes with just 0.9 inches thick and weighs 6.4 pounds. Alongside super slim design, the Aorus X7 brings impressive specifications. It is including two 4GB Nvidia GeForce GTX 765M graphics and dual HDMI ports.
The machine has a 17.3 inches LCD backlight display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, 2W speaker, woofer, AORUS Acoustic+ technology, and microphone. Inside, the Gigabyte Aorus X7 gaming laptop has 4th-gen Intel Core i7-4700HQ processor (clocked at 2.4GHz-3.4GHz) . On memory term, there are 4GB or 8GB of RAM with expandable up to 32GB.
For some reason, this laptop supports triple-storage system that consist of mSATA 128GB/256GB (2slot) and 2.5-inch HDD 500GB/750GB/1TB 5400rpm (1 slot). Beside HDMI ports, this high-end gaming notebook provides a VGA socket and a mini display port.
In connectivity term, you’ll find Ethernet LAN, WiFi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 4.0, three USB 3.0 and two USB 2.0 ports. Other features a SD card reader, 1.3 Megapixel webcam and Li Polymer 73.26Wh battery. Dimensions of Gigabyte Aorus X7 ultra thin gaming laptop are 392 x 263 x 22.9 mm and weighs 2.9kg (one mSATA + two SO-DIMM + battery).
If you’re interested in picking one up, know that the Gigabyte Aorus X7 with two 512GB SSD and one 1TB HDD will cost around $2,100 depending on options. The Aorus X7 gaming notebook will be available in March 2014.
