Gigabyte T1005M Convertible Netbook hits US

Gigabyte has started to go available its convertible tablet netbook, the Gigabyte T1005M. This netbook is up for preorder over ExcaliberPC with priced at $579 (original price of $599) and scheduled on October 18th, 2010.

Gigabyte T1005M-CF1 netbook is powered by a 1.50GHz Intel Atom N550 dual-core processor, Intel NM10 Express Chipset, 1GB DDR3 RAM, 250GB/320GB hard drive (5400rpm) with Windows 7 Starter pre-installed.

Gigabyte T1005M tablet convertible netbook packs a 10.1-inch multi-touch LED-backlit display with resolution of 1366 x 768 pixel (WXGA), 1.3MP webcam, 802.11n Wi-Fi, 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet, USB 3.0, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, a 6-cell Li-ion battery providing 6.5 hours of use, and optional 3.5G module. Dimensions of Gigabyte T1005M are 265(W) x 214(D) x 41.4(H) mm and weight 1.48Kg (w/ 6-cell battery).
