Finally, the day has come. Google’s Allo is now available for download through the Canadian Google Play Store. That’s Canadian who waiting for the Google‘s AI-powered messaging app can use it on their device soon.
For those not in the loop with the Allo’s news, here is a quick recap. First of all, it was initially shown off at the company’s Google I/O conference that held back in May 2016. The tech giant mentioned that Allo brings the platform’s end-to-end encryption and temporary private messages. Thus, it has AI-powered responses and most interesting – app can reply without typing via Google Assistant.
Like most messaging services, Google Allo uses the platform associates your phone number with the account. Meanwhile, it does not require a Google account to signing up for Allo’s account.
Google’s new messaging app will pull contacts from your address book. It is also capable to send SMS messages to all contacts free of charge (for you) even if the recipient doesn’t have the app installed, it’s an exciting features for SMS’s lovers.
Alongside Google Play Store, Allo is also listed on the Canadian iOS App Store. Company was unveiled Google Duo that new video calling app. It was landed more than a month ago.
