Google Chrome OS-based netbook, published specs

IBTimes has published technical specifications of the new high performance netbook, which is allegedly preparing to release by Google.

According to source, the upcoming Google netbook is based on nVidia Tegra (1st or 2nd generation) and an ARM processor (performs better than Intel Atom and consumes less power).

The Google Chrome OS-based netbook is equipped with 10.1-inch touchscreen TFT HD display with a resolution of 1366×768 pixels and support for multitouch technology, 2GB RAM, a 64GB solid state drive (SSD), Wi-Fi, 3G, and Bluetooth, web camera, Ethernet port, and multi-format card reader.

Google netbook is operates under Chrome OS, which was presented on November 20, 2009. It is expected that sale of Google Chrome OS-based netbook will begin in the holiday season of 2010. Its price will not exceed $300.
