The Japanese company, Green House has recently announced a new solid state drives (SSD), the GH-SSDxGS-2MC. Newly drive is a 2.5-inch form factor and based on multi-level cell (MLC) NAND flash memory.

Green House GH-SSDxGS-2MC is support TRIM and SMART feature, Native Command Queuing (NCQ) technology. It is becomes mid-range solid state drives and has features 128MB of cache (mobile-DDR DRAM), SATA 3.0 Gbps interface, an 8-channel design, and a 1 million hours of MTBF.

The Green House SSD will be available four storage capacity options – 32GB, 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. It is delivers read/write speeds of up to 250/90 MB/s for 32GB model, 230/150 MB/s for 64GB, and 230/210 MB/s for 128GB and 256GB versions.

Price of Green House GH-SSDxGS-2MC mid-range solid state drives is range from $194 to $943.
