Hitachi battery, 70% efficiency

Hitachi announced that it was a really important development in “green” terms of lithium-ion battery for hybrid cars are concerned. According to the company, that is created a battery that exceeds 70% efficiency of its previous models.
The new battery has an output of 4,500W and Hitachi has plans to start marketing from next year with a version a little weaker and cheaper to take a proper energy density of 50%
It was said that the battery will exceeds over 10 years, which means it will 20% longer than its previous model.
Hitachi is the first of world to mass-produce large lithium-ion batteries and they have managed to sell 600,000 units lithium-ion batteries since year 2000.
