Hitachi UltraVision and Alpha, new HDTVs in US

Hitachi has announced several models of LCD HDTVs that support high definition television. According to the company, it will release these models in the United States as early as this month as part of UltraVision and Alpha series.
The three new models come with an UltraVision series 1080p picture quality and frequency of 120 Hz. Hitachi UltraVision L42S503 is 42-inch version will go on sale next month at a cost of $ 999. Two other models are L46S603 and L55S603 have a diagonal of 46-inch and 55-inch. There will be released in August and September at a price of $1299 and $1799 respectively.
Alpha Series comprises two models are L32A403 and L42A403 with frequency 60 Hz and the diagonals 32-inch and 42-inch. It is more affordable than television sets with an UltraVision series. These models will go on sale in the United States, perhaps as early as this month. Their cost will be about $ 499 for Hitachi Alpha L32A403 and $ 849 for a Hitachi Alpha L42A403 model.
