HP iPAQ Glisten from AT&T, modern mobile professionals
Hewlett-Packard (HP) and AT&T US mobile operator announced their latest smartphone, HP iPAQ Glisten. It is a feature-rich 3G world phone that suitable for modern mobile professionals.
The first information about the HP iPAQ Glisten is appeared on the Internet in late May 2009. Then, it was reported that the new product will be called the HP iPAQ K3 Obsidian.
HP iPAQ Glisten communicator is made in the “monoblock” form factor, it is equipped with a QWERTY keyboard, 2.5-inch touchscreen AMOLED display with a resolution of 240×320 pixels, 3.1 megapixel camera, 256MB of integrated memory, a slot for microSD card, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS receiver with A-GPS, as well as Wi-Fi 802.11b/g and Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR.
New AT&T HP iPAQ Glisten phone is supports networks GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS/HSDPA 850/1900/2100 MHz. Its dimensions are 117x68x13.5 mm. iPAQ Glisten is running on Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional.
HP iPAQ Glisten will be available in the coming weeks for $229.99 (subject to a two-year contract with AT&T).
