Hewlett-Packard (HP) is preparing to release its 3rd-generation Intel Core notebooks, the HP Pavilion dv4-5000, dv6-7000, and dv7-7000.
All of them are built on Ivy Bridge platform and pre-installed with Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit) OS. The HP Pavilion dv6-7000 and dv4-5000 notebook boast a 2.3GHz Core i7-3610QM quad-core processor (up to 3.3GHz in Turbo Boost) and a GeForce GT 630M discrete graphics with 2GB of memory.
HP Pavilion dv6-7000 has a 15.6-inch display, while the HP Pavilion dv4-5000 is 14-inch. Both laptops are brings screen resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels, up to 1TB hard drive, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, webcam, and a card reader.
The HP Pavilion dv7-7000 laptop sports a quad-core 2.6GHz Core i7-3720QM processor (3.6GHz in Turbo Boost), a 17.3-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (Full HD), and GeForce GT 650M GPU with 2GB of memory. The dv7-7000 notebook packs two hard drives (1TB each with 5400rpm), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.
These laptops are expected available coming months but no word on pricing yet.
