HP Pavilion G4, G6, G7, dv6, and dv7 Laptops announced

Hewlett-Packard (HP) today announced its Pavilion G series laptops, the HP Pavilion G4, the HP Pavilion G6, and the HP Pavilion G7, which is 14-inch, 15.6-inch and 17.3-inch display, respectively. The HP Pavilion G Series notebooks offer dual-core Intel Pentium and Core i3 processor. All of them are equipped with Altec Lansing speaker, wireless adapter, and DVD writer/Blu-ray drive.

In addition, HP announced the upgrade of Pavilion dv6 and Pavilion dv7, which was submitted in May last year. These notebooks are comes in 15.6-inch and 17.3-inch display, and powered by Intel processor. HP will bring Radeon 6000M graphics, Blu-ray drive and a larger hard drive (up to 2TB). It is also pack USB 3.0 port, TrueVision HD webcam and HD BrightView display.

The HP Pavilion G4, G6 and G7 will be on sale in March 2011 for start price of $500, $450 and $600 respectively. The HP Pavilion dv6 and dv7 will be available in the spring, but their price is still unknown at moment.
