From unofficial sources, there are appears specifications of HTC‘s upcoming smartphone, namely the HTC Desire HD (HTC Ace), which is expected before the end of the year.

The original version of the HTC Desire smartphone is packs a 3.7-inch screen with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels, 5 megapixel autofocus camera, GPS, 512 MB of internal memory, a slot for microSD card, and boasts a 1GHz Qulacomm Snapdragon processor.

Reportedly, the HTC Desire HD will be performed in a uni-body aluminum casing and packs a 4.3-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, a 1GHz Qualcomm processor and 4 GB internal memory.

It is noted that the upcoming HTC Desire HD will brings an 8 megapixel camera with face recognition and 720p HD video recording. In addition, it will run Google Android 2.2 (Froyo), support for Flash 10 and SRS Surround Sound.

According to available information, the HTC Desire HD becomes available in the UK on October 2010.
