Taiwanese company, HTC has presented their Android Smartphone at Mobile World Congress 2010, namely HTC Desire. Earlier, the device has been known under the code name, HTC Bravo. The HTC Desire is running on Android 2.1 and HTC Sense with Friend Stream.
The HTC Desire is equipped with 3.7-inch AMOLED display with resolution of 480×800 pixels, 5 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash, GPS receiver, a 3.5mm audio jack, microUSB port, 576 MB RAM, 512 MB of integrated memory, a microSD card slot (up to 32GB), Bluetooth 2.1, Wi-Fi, and accelerometer. HTC Desire is boasts a 1GHz QUALCOMM Snapdragon processor.
Battery of HTC Desire is a 1,400 mAh battery and provides up to 360 hours of standby mode and up to 400 minutes in talk time. HTC Desirephone is supported GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSPA networks.
Dimensions of HTC Desire are 119x60x11.9 mm and weight is about 135g. HTC Desire will be available in Europe and Asia in early Q2 2010.
