Already officially introduced in Europe, the HTC Desire SV dual-SIM smartphone is now available in India. Saholic is offering this HTC smartphone for Rs. 21,799 outright (around $395). 
Running on Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich OS, the Desire SV sports a 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor, 768MB of RAM, two SIM card slots, and 4GB of onboard memory.
New HTC Desire SV dual-SIM Android smartphone brings a 4.3-inch Super LCD 2 touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels, and an 8-megapixel main camera with WVGA video recording.
The HTC Desire SV dual-core smartphone packs Bluetooth 4.0, Beats Audio, a microSD card slot, Wi-Fi, GPS, and a 1620mAh battery.
