HTC has announced the availability of HTC HD2 for sale in Europe and Taiwan (from mid November). And they also promised to release the device in the United States early next year.
HTC HD2 supports networks GSM/GPRS/EDGE 850/900/1800/1900 MHz and UMTS/HSPA 2100/900 MHz. HTC HD2 is first communicator based on Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional, it is equipped with a proprietary user interface, HTC Sense, which debuted on the HTC Hero smartphone. HTC Sense supports a wide range of individual preferences, can have instant access to vital information: contacts, calendar, messages, etc. HTC Sense can track updates on social networks and online services: in particular, supports Facebook, Twitter and Flickr. It also has provided work with widgets.
HTC HD2smartphone is based on 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon MSM8250 processor, it is equipped with 4.3-inch capacitive touch display with 480×800 pixels and support of multitouch technology, 5-megapixel camera with dual LED flash, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, GPS receiver, a microUSB port and microSDHC slot.
