HTC HD2 with WM 6.5 and Qualcomm Snapdragon, official announcement

The HTC HD2 is running the new Windows Mobile 6.5 operating system and is based on a powerful processor, Qualcomm Snapdragon. According to High Tech Computer (HTC), it is the first device on the basis of this operating system to support its HTC Sense interface. Even more convenient, it makes a great 4.3-inch touch screen.
