Bell, as promised, has officially released the HTC Incredible S smartphone now in Canada. This handset is pricing starts at $99.95 with a 3-year contract, and $499.95 without contract.

The Bell HTC Incredible S smartphone has features a 4-inch touchscreen display with 480 x 800 resolution, 8MP camera with dual LED flash and 720p HD video capture, 1.3MP front-facing camera, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Mobile hotspot (connect up to 8 devices), and a microSD card slot expandable up to 32GB (a 8GB card included).

HTC Incredible S is boasts a 1GHz processor, 1.1GB internal memory, 768MB RAM, and runs Android 2.2 Froyo OS (later, upgraded to version 2.3).
