There is information about the HTC‘s first qHD Android phone, called the HTC Pyramid.

According to the Chinese website, HTC Pyramid smartphone has features a 4.3-inch (540 x 960) qHD S-LCD display (resolution higher than WVGA), and runs Android 3.0 OS (but 3.0 Honeycomb is designed for tablets)

Specs of HTC Pyramid smartphone are a 1.2GHz processor, 768MB of RAM, 8MP rear camera, and 1.3MP front-facing camera. There is no word on pricing and release date yet.
