HTC Salsa and ChaCha Facebook smartphone
Together with HTC Flyer Android tablet, HTC has also unveiled two Android smartphones, called the HTC Salsa and the HTC Chacha. Both smartphones are pack a dedicated Facebook button, which is allowing users to easily share content including photos, videos, songs, and links, as well as update their status on the social network.
The HTC Salsa and Chacha Facebook-loving smartphones are running on Android 2.4 Gingerbread with HTC Sense UI.
HTC Chacha is a candybar phone with a physical QWERTY keyboard and a 2.6-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 480 x 320 pixel. Newly HTC Salsa smartphone is packs a 3.4-inch touchscreen display with 480 x 320 resolutions.
Both ‘Facebook phone‘ are equipped with Bluetooth 3.0, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n, GPS (Chacha), 512MB RAM, 512MB internal memory, 5 megapixel autofocus camera with flash, front camera for video calls, and 3.5mm headphone jack.
HTC Salsa and Chacha smartphone is supports GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSPA network. They are boasting a 600 MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor.
The HTC Salsa and Chacha smartphone will be available in Q2 2011.
