HTC ThunderBolt debut on March 17th?
There is information that the LTE-supporting HTC ThunderBolt smartphone will be launched by Verizon Wireless on Thursday, March 17th. These news is comes from a Twitter slip courtesy of HTC sales manager, Imran Shahid but it has already been removed.
As noted, the HTC ThunderBolt smartphone was announced by Verizon in early January 2011. The HTC ThunderBolt is boasts a 1GHz Qualcomm MSM8655 processor, 768MB of RAM, 8GB eMMC internal storage, and a microSD card slot. HTC ThunderBolt is also running on Android 2.0 with the HTC’s Sense UI.
The incoming HTC ThunderBolt smartphone has features 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display with resolution of 800 x 480 pixel, a 1.3MP front-facing camera, an 8MP rear-facing camera with dual LED flash, 802.11 b/g/n Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, dual-microphones, FM radio, a 1400 mAh battery, and G-sensor.
