There is an unofficial information about upcoming HTC mobile phone, called HTC Touch Pro3 aka HTC Tera.
The HTC Touch Pro3 Smartphone will be replacing the HTC Touch Pro2. It is equipped with 3.6-inch touchscreen display, GPS, a 3.2-megapixel camera, a microSD memory card slot, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, and Wi-Fi 802.11b/g.
HTC Touch Pro3 phone is like its predecessor, it will be implemented in the slider form factor and is equipped with a QWERTY keyboard. HTC Touch Pro3 is expected running on Windows Mobile 6.5 OS.
According to the roadmap the “Tera”, HTC Tera will be powered by a 600MHz Qualcomm MSM7227 processor, 3-inch touchscreen display with a resolution of WQVGA (240×400 pixels), Wi-Fi 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.1+EDR, GPS/aGPS, 3.2-megapixel camera, 512MB of ROM, 256MB of RAM, and dual band HSPA. It has dimension of 115x53x15.5 mm.
