Huawei has officially launched its dual-core smartphone in the US namely the Huawei Ascend P1. This handset is available at Amazon for price of $449.99 and unlocked so you can use with any carrier Stateside. The Ascend P1 is actually not a newest smartphone from Huawei, its first official announced in January 2012, yes, last year.
New Huawei Ascend P1 sports a 1.5GHz TI OMAP 4460 dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, and a 1,670 mAh battery. Apart from Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system, it has a 4.3-inch touchscreen Super AMOLED display with a resolution of qHD 960 x 540 pixels, and pre-loaded Huawei’s optimized UI.
Just 7.69 mm thin case, the Huawei Ascend P1 smartphone has an 8MP BSI autofocus camera on the back, and a 1.3MP forward-facing camera.
To delivers superb listening experience, the phone brings Dolby Mobile 3.0+ sound with Dolby Digital Plus Decoder. Offers comfortable handle and even play it with single hand, the Ascend P1 is measures 129 x 64.8 x 7.69 mm and weighs about 110grams (with battery).
