The Russian mobile operator, Mobile TeleSystems (MTS) has just announced the launch of tablet, the Huawei Ideos S7. The gadget is manufactured by Huawei and pre-loaded with MTS’s applications likes second memory apps, Mobile Portal, MTS Catalog, Mobile Bodyguard, MTS TV, and can access to Android Market.

New Huawei Ideos S7 tablet was announced in February at the Mobile World Congress 2010 (Barcelona, Spain). The tablet is running on Android 2.1 OS.

Huawei Ideos S7 tablet packs a 7-inch touchscreen display with resolution of 480 x 800 pixels (WVGA), 2MP front camera, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 4.5GB internal memory, and microSD card slot. In addition, the MTS Huawei Ideos S7 tablet has a slot for SIM card and providing work in GSM / GPRS / EDGE and UMTS / HSDPA.

The cost of Huawei Ideos S7 tablet is 11,856 rubles (without VAT) and MTS’s tariff plan.
