Already spotted in China, the Huawei MediaPad 7 Vogue has been announced as the affordable 7-inch tablet with phone functionality. It’s designed with doubles main features as a regular tablet and an unwieldy phone for voice calls. The MediaPad 7 Vogue is also the best-constructed device to manufacture by Huawei. This tablet is made out of an aluminum unibody casing.
Running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system, the 7-inch tablet brings Huawei’s Emotion UI 1.5 overlay. New Huawei MediaPad 7 Vogue tablet packs a 7-inch touchscreen display with 5-finger multitouch support and a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixels for crisp and clear. Inside on MediaPad 7 Vogue is a quad-core 1.2GHz HiSilicon K3V2 processor along with 1GB of RAM, and 8GB of onboard memory.
Weighing 335 grams, this 9.5 mm thin tablet features a 3MP camera on the back with capturing 1080p Full HD videos, a 0.3MP front-facing camera (both fixed-focus), and a 4,100 mAh battery. Other specs are microSD card support for expansion, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, microUSB port, and 42 Mbps HSPA mobile connectivity.
There are ambient light sensor, an accelerometer, and a proximity sensor. Dimensions of Huawei MediaPad 7 Vogue are 193.8 x 121.3 x 9.5 mm. It will be first available in Chinese market before the end of the month. Customers will be able to get it either of black or white color.
