I-O Data has just introduced their latest portable hard drive in Japan, the IO Data HDPV-UT Series. New external storage solution is used USB 3.0 connectivity and has two model options – 500GB and 750GB of capacities.

I-O Data HDPV-UT Series external HDD has choice of Snow White, Piano Black and Platinum Gold flavors. It has built-in USB cable and a glossy case with soft rubber bottom and scratch-resistant top coating.

Dimensions of I-O Data HDPV-UT USB 3.0 external hard drive are 85 x 130 x 14 mm and weight 180 grams.

Cost of HDPV-UT portable hard drive is 11,500 Yen (about $140) for 500GB, and 14,600 Yen (about $178) for 750GB.
